• Overview
The project aims to challenge traditional perspectives by offering a platform for discussion around gender and sexuality. Through extensive research on gender theory, sexuality, and youth education, as well as a deep marketing analysis of the Instituto Kaplan — collaborator on the project — the game’s design was shaped to address these issues effectively. Its primary function is to provide an interactive space for breaking societal barriers, raising important questions, and encouraging empathy in a non-confrontational way

Research and Concept Development
The project begins with in-depth studies of gender and sexuality topics, focusing on how these issues are perceived by youth. Both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as marketing insights from the Instituto Kaplan, were gathered to ensure the game effectively addressed the challenges of the subject matter.
Design and Game Mechanics
The game’s visual elements and mechanics are carefully crafted to be engaging and thought-provoking. The design reflects the sensitive nature of the topic while promoting visibility and inclusivity. The game features scenarios that encourage players to reflect on gender and sexuality issues, fostering dialogue among players.
Inspiration from the Memphis Group
The visual design of the game draws inspiration from the bold colors, geometric shapes, and playful aesthetics of the Memphis design group. This reference serves to create a dynamic, visually striking experience that contrasts the traditional seriousness of the topic, making the game approachable and engaging for youth.

The game successfully serves as an educational tool, breaking barriers and providing a platform for open discussion on gender and sexuality. It is well-received by youth, sparking conversations that raise awareness and challenge preconceived notions in a gentle, engaging way. The game’s design, with its thoughtful visuals and approachable mechanics, makes it a powerful resource for promoting inclusivity and empathy in schools.
